We currently teach classes in Bovington and Crossways.

We are an open friendly martial arts school, with students from 7 years old to adult, families, friends and individuals. 

We don't have an upper age limit, but we always recommend that new students check with their doctor prior to starting any new physical exercise.

Our Instructors are all local people and we all support local events with free demonstrations and free classes.

What Do We Teach?

We teach Traditional ITF Style Taekwon-Do and P.U.M.A. Kickboxing, in a fun and friendly way.

When you decide to join, we try our hardest to make it as easy and stress free as possible.

You can decide to join at any time during your free month.  To get you started you can get everything you need to begin training with us in our customised Starter Pack.  Your Starter Pack will depend on which martial art you or your child wishes to train in.  The different packs are listed below:

Taekwon-Do Starter Pack - £75.00 (One off payment).

Includes - Training Suit, 1 Years Licence and Insurance, Handbook + 1 Extra FREE month of unlimited training.

Kickboxing Starter Pack £90.00 (One off payment).

Training Suit, 1 Years Licence and Insurance, Hand Wraps, Bag Gloves, Manual + 1 Extra FREE month of unlimited training.

Monthly Fees

We do not use contracts.  Our monthly training fees are based on a yearly membership that is split into easy monthly payments. 

We pride ourselves on a simple Individual Student fee of £35.00 = unlimited training.  Train as much as you like in your chosen martial art.  For family discounts please call us.  Please call or contact us for further details.

If like many of our students you wish to train in more than one martial art then we give you a massive unbeatable discount for training in the second one, only £15.00 extra per month to train in both Taekwon-Do and Kickboxing.  For family discounts please call us.  Full second starter pack still applies.  If you have any further questions please contact us by email or call us on 07743 543942.
